balcony overlooking the ocean "Gulf of Mexico". The condo has 
a "Murphy bed" very easy to open and close, as well as a queen 
sleeper sofa. The kitchen is a brand new imported Italian kitchen 
with granite countertop and stainless appliances. 
Go for a swim in 
the heated pool or relax in the warm Jacuzzi. All you need for this 
vacation is a swimsuit, a toothbrush and yourself, enjoy it, you 
deserve it...

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Pool and Jacuzzi, Coal BBQ Grill area, Shuffleboard, Parking 
garage, with assigned space, close to elevator. Full washer and 
dryer in apartment. Fully equipped kitchen as well as all 
linen/towels included. Cable TV, phone (local and incomming calls 
are free) Walking distance to Supermarket and several restaurants 
and bars.

Activities and Attractions

Shelling, shuffleboard, swimming (Ocean or pool, you decide) diving, 
snorkling, running or walking on miles of sandy white beaches. Mini 
golf and several marinas close by for boat rentals. Casino cruise 
and "John's pass", featuring quant boutiques and entertainment 
(within 1 mile)

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 450.00 to $ 500.00 per week, depending on season (2008)
$ 1800.00 to $ 2000.00 per month, depending on season (2008)

$ 400 deposit required for 2 week rental, $ 500.00 for one month 
$ 50.00 registration fee
$ 75.00 cleaning fee
12 % Florida state tax and room tax will be added
