Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy a great family vacation for you and your family in a beautiful  
three-bedroom, three-bath, and oceanfront condominium. The condo is  
located at 4605 South Ocean Boulevard, North Myrtle Beach, South  
Carolina, 29582. You will be minutes away from Barefoot Landing,  
Broadway at the Beach, The Pavilion, Tangier Outlets, Dixie  
Stampede, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, countless restaurants and  
approximately 120 golf courses. 
 
The unit has two sets of sliding glass doors to one of the most  
spacious oceanfront balconies found on the Grand Strand where you  
can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the  
ocean. There is an additional dining table and chairs on the balcony  
for oceanfront dining and relaxation anytime day or night. 
 
The living area is spacious with a flat screen TV, digital audio  
system, DVD, VCR, XBOX game system (wireless controllers), XBOX  
games and lots of new movies to choose from. The condominium has  
wireless internet access and there is a new washer and dryer in the  
condo for your convenience. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed,  
walk-in closet, private bath, flat screen TV and VCR player. There  
are also sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony.  
The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed and full private bathroom  
and the third bedroom has two twin beds and full bathroom. This is a  
perfect for a family or for three couples.  
 
There is an oceanfront pool with multiple oceanfront sundecks and  
lounge chairs, a grilling area with picnic table and landscaped  
grounds. The covered parking lot is directly under the secured  
building where there are bathrooms available to guests when at the  
pool or beach. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's and Boats must be parked  
across the street in the public parking area.
