of our three covered porches overlooking the ocean. Take a dip in
your own private pool located just steps away from the surf. At the
end of your fun-filled day, relax and enjoy a bottle of wine as the
sun sets just outside your front door.

"Sunrise" can be rented with its neighbor "Sunset" to form a 12-
bedroom, 12-bath, beach house perfect for a large, family reunion.
There is no other property in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area like
this.

You will feel right at home with seven televisions with remote
control (one in each bedroom),high speed internet access, pool toys,
board games, and movie videos available for your use. Sunrise has
two master suites. One master suite occupies the entire third floor
and has a garden tub with a separate shower. Both masters have king-
size beds and both enjoy a private balcony overlooking the gulf. In
addition, there is a balcony off of the living room. One bedroom,
designated as the children's room, has two bunks (double-size beds
on the bottom with a single bed on the top). There are a total of
three king-size beds, four double-size beds, two twin beds, and a
Full sleeper sofa. There is also a large laundry room with a washer
and dryer. Covered parking is available, and a charcoal grill is
located under the house by the pool deck.

Gulf Shores is known for its beautiful white sandy beaches, warm
sunshine, excellent golf, restaurants, shopping, and family-friendly
activities. The location of "Sunrise" is perfect...Just minutes away

eliminate all "junk" fees normally charged by our property
management firm in Gulf Shores (processing fees, waiver deposits,

My rates include everything except Alabama state sales tax, a zero mark-up housecleaning fee, and a
$49 damage waiver deposit which protects you against any mishaps during your stay. I also provide

insurance is sold through AIG Insurance Company, a AAAAA rated firm, and is something I highly
recommend!
