landscaping and lush surroundings. This complex is set withing  
walking distance of the Ventana Canyon Resort with the Catalina  
mountains as your back drop.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with all of the things you need for your stay. Enjoy  
the well equiped work out room a few feet from our condo.  Your  
family can also enjoy the pool and jacuzzi also very close to our  
front door. If your staying for two or more weeks Housekeeping is  
included at no extra charge.  We will clean and wash all towels and  
linen once a week. Additional housekeeping duties available at an  
additional charge.

Activities and Attractions

Excellent location and close to anything you need. Great  
restaurants,  
hiking, biking and just evening walks.

April $2,400 mo/ $775 wk / $175.00 night 
May-Aug $1,900 mo/ $650 wk / $150.00 night 
Sept-Dec $2,400 mo/ $700 wk / $165.00 night 
Three Night Special $475 (includes cleaning fee) 
 
HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED for stays of two or more weeks. If you stay a  
month or more we provide housekeeping once a week at no extra charge.
