Vacation Rental Description

This stunning location is on a very scenic peninsula in a romantic 
setting ideal for honeymooners in the exclusive 
area of Cap Estate on 1 acre of landscaped gardens and green reserve 
to the sea.   
The beach at Le Sport Hotel & Spa Resort is an 8-
minute walk. Alternatively, a 5-minute walk with breathtaking 
scenery leads you to natural and very private pools in the rocks 
where one can bathe in the refreshing waters of the ocean. 
Though you are in a very private & relaxing area on the peninsula, 
you are only a 5-minute drive to the Rodney Bay area where there is 
an array of shopping, restaurants, nightlife, hotel resorts, etc. 
surrounding the marina & Reduit beach. 
Pigeon Island National Park & Cap Estate Golf Course are 2 minutes 
drive away. 
The property is cooled by the trade winds. Steady tradewinds keep 
the house cool even on the hottest days, and ensure bug-free 
evenings.  The living/dining area & bedroom all have views out to 
the sea. The cottage is fully air-conditioned; all windows are 
screened,has Italian marble floors throughout, a four poster bed, a 
large screen TV & is fully equipped. The deck has a whirlpool spa 
and steps leading up onto a rooftop sunning area. Also sofa/bed in 
the living room which would be suitable for two children.

our honeymoon 2/11-2/17, 2002. It was absolutely incredible. The 
cottage is amazing and the pictures just don't do it justice. The 
property owner and his family are SO nice and hospitable. The whole 
island is very friendly. The cottage staff and associates are 
very accommodating and very optional. Everything was fantastic! It's 
surreal to look back at the web site and know that we were actually 
in those pictures ourselves just a week ago. Hopefully you will love 
Windsong Castle as much as we did.

What a pleasure it was staying with you in St. Lucia. After spending 
a week 
with you in the North, exploring all around the area and Rodney Bay, 
there 
isn't anywhere else we would have rather stayed. Your Windsong 
Castle is 
just a dream vacation! 

And not just the physical location and the beauty of it, but you and 
Ann 
were just wonderful. After a surprise 8-hour delay in Barbados, 
there was 
Mr. Mason waiting in the middle of the night. Then Ann - knowing the 
nightmare travel and late arrival - bring breakfast in the morning. 
It was 
just a big sigh of relief for us the first time we entered into the 
gate. 
You all really took care of us. It was so above and beyond just a 
vacation 
rental. 

Other thank you's include Ann's paintings for Angie's birthday. They 
are 
truly beautiful and the best memento we have from the island. The 
other 
wonderful memento, we drank in Soufriere -- that wonderful bottle of 
German 
wine. Normally, we are red wine lovers, but I now have a favorite 
white 
wine (I kept the label and will look to order it in Minneapolis). 

Anyway, it's a lot more fun to email you now that we know you and 
can 
picture where you are! We can't thank you enough for such a 
wonderful week 
and all your hospitality. It made our honeymoon something really 
special.

US$169/Daily, US$1183/Weekly

Low Season 21 April/30 Nov. 07
US$159/Daily, US$1113/Weekly

Christmas & New Year
US$1200 Weekly

Deposits 
1 night's rental fee per week is due at the time of booking to hold 
a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival 

Cancellations and Refunds 
A full refund less the deposit will be granted if cancellation is 
made at least 30 days prior to arrival. The refund is 50% if 
canceled 15-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if 
cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival unless a 
replacement booking is found but the booking can be made for another 
date as long as reasonable notice is given.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFO.
It is required that a pick up at the airport is arranged with Mr. 
Mason and the rental car delivered to Windsong.
On the days when guests are departing and new arrivals on the same 
day it may be necessary that departing guests make arrangements to 
leave around 10AM otherwise there is no time limit to depart.

Remember we have two airport (SLU) in the north 15 minutes away from 
Windsong serviced by American Eagle

(UVF) in the south 1 hr. & 20 Minutes from Windsong
