Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful beach front home is located in the gated community 
of San Antonio Del Mar. This multi level home has 3 bedrooms 
upstairs and 1 large master suit with Jacuzzi tub downstairs. It 
also has two large patios (one upstairs and one downstairs); both 
patios' have stairs that lead directly to a gorgeous sandy beach. 
The house also has a large living/family area that is equip with a 
baby grand piano (great for entertaining). All rooms in the home 
(except one) have Beautiful ocean views of the Coronado Islands.

In addition to its many amenities, the house is also nestled just 
minutes away from world class-golfing at The Real Del Mar Golf 
Resort and the excitement of all the attractions that downtown 
Rosarito has to offer.

***Rates are based on 8 person occupancy
Summer Rates (May 1- Sept 30)-$525/Night (2 night min)$3100/weekly
Winter Rates (Oct 1- April 30) $500/Night (2 night min)$2800/weekly
Holiday Rates $600/Night (3 night min) $3800 weekly
Security Deposit of $300 per rental ($200 fully refundable if no 
damage) the remaining $100 will be kept as a clean up fee.
Reservation requires a $250 deposit (non refundable)
