Very cozy, unique pine home!
Located just off Ski Hill Road in Discovery Subdivision on Peak 7,
1.5 miles from the chair lifts on Peak 8.
This home is on a large lot surrounded by Aspen trees,
with pretty views of Baldy Mountain and Peak 10.
Just minutes from shopping and dining and activities in Breckenridge.
Please note: This house is on the mountain on a rather steep cul-de-
sac. In winter months, 4-wheel drive vehicles are necessary!!!

The house easily sleeps 8 adults in cozy bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen and 2
twin beds) and has two sleeper sofas. All linens are provided.
Pack-N-Play crib provided.
Well equipped kitchen and plenty of room for gathering for
meals and games.
Large deck with 8 person hot tub, log furniture, & 2 grills.
Great supply of games, books and movies, cable TV, DVD, Stereo System w/ i-pod docking station and wireless internet.
