Memorial Day and Labor Day $275 a night - 3 night minimum

Mid Season: $255 a night

are brought on property without approval.

For weekly or monthly rentals: 1 night's rent + $100 security
deposit. 30 days later 1/2 of rental balance due. Balance due 30
days prior your arrival.

For less than a week: 1st night's rent + $100 security deposit

Leave house as clean as you found it.
(swept,vacuumed,fridge cleaned out, trash emptied)
Furniture returned to original places.

All Used Towels washed/dried/folded.

All Used Linens pulled off beds washed and dried.
Do Not fold or put away.

All dishes placed in dishwasher and started.

Sanitizing is done by the Housekeeping Crew.

Security Deposit returned after 10th of Month following checkout.
Return of Full Deposit is dependent upon adhering to house rules and
check out policy. $50 minimum charge if Extra cleaning /Extra
laundering is required to prepare for next renters.
