Summer Peak Season: Jun-Jul-Aug (Week Rentals Only)  
$275 a night 
 
Memorial Day and Labor Day $275 a night - 3 night minimum 
 
Mid Season: $255 a night 
           (May 15 thru June 15) 
           (Sept 15 thru Oct 15) 
             
Winter Low Season: $235/nt 2nt minimum (Oct 16 thru May 15) 
 
Thanksgiving (4 nt min.)  
Christmas    (4 nt min.)  
 
 
All Rental Periods:  
Add: $150 Security Deposit (Refundable) 
     $100 Sanitizing Fee 
        1% State Lodging Tax 
 
LATE CHECKOUT ADD $100 
 
 
Rates Based on Maximum of 7 people.  
Maximum Vehicles on property is 2, or 1 vehicle and 1 boat. 
 
$50 cancellation fee. 30+ days..If less than 30 days and unable to  
rebook these dates-full forfeiture of security and reservation  
deposits. 
                      
Sorry, No Smoking. Pets with prior approval. Absolutely No Cats! 
 
$50 per pet/ $100 security deposit per pet (refundable) 
Forfeiture of Full Security Deposit if smoking in the house or pets  
are brought on property without approval. 
 
To Secure Reservation:   
 
For weekly or monthly rentals: 1 night's rent + $100 security  
deposit.  30 days later 1/2 of rental balance due. Balance due 30  
days prior your arrival.  
 
For less than a week: 1st night's rent + $100 security deposit  
Balance due 30 days prior your arrival.

Check Out Policy:   
Leave house as clean as you found it.  
(swept,vacuumed,fridge cleaned out, trash emptied) 
Furniture returned to original places. 
 
All Used Towels washed/dried/folded. 
 
All Used Linens pulled off beds washed and dried.  
Do Not fold or put away. 
 
All dishes placed in dishwasher and started. 
 
Sanitizing is done by the Housekeeping Crew. 
 
Security Deposit returned after 10th of Month following checkout.  
Return of Full Deposit is dependent upon adhering to house rules and  
check out policy. $50 minimum charge if Extra cleaning /Extra  
laundering is required to prepare for next renters.
