Vacation Rental Rates

June 1 - December 31, 2008       - $1700 per week/$3900 per month 
Lodging Tax: 11%  
Deposits: 50% required at time of booking. Balance of rental fee is required 30 days prior to start  
of rental. Cancellation Policy: 50% OF DEPOSIT RETURNED IF CANCELED 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF STAY.  
Deposit 100% non-refundable for cancellation notices less than 60 days. Failure to complete full  
payment 30 days prior to arrival will result in automatic cancellation with no refund on On  
reservation deposit.   
Other Fees: Cleaning Fee US$200.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT is $1,500.00 and is payable at time of final  
reservation payment. Security deposit refunded only after final inspection is satisfactorily  
completed. Patrons must provide a list of all persons in party. Please allow 30 days for basic  
background check. All monies and deposits returned if not approved for rental. Check-in 3:00PM  
Checkout 12:00 Noon All Condo rules must be adhered to during stay.
