La Casita de Tucson is a classic Southwest-style guest house situated
on 3.5 acres in the foothills of the Tucson Mountains. Its rural
setting is perfect for tranquil days and starry nights, yet it is only
25 minutes to the University of Arizona and many fine golf courses,
including The Pines and Starr Pass. Silverbell Golf Course is an
inexpensive muni, well-maintained and only 15 minutes away.

This fully-furnished one bedroom, one bath guest house is detached from
the owner-occupied main residence and includes a queen-size bed and a
state-of-the-art home theater with a 56 inch high-definition television.

Also included are (1)) central
heat and air conditioning, (2) fresh linens and towels, and (3) a back
porch with a gas BBQ and a dramatic view of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Stove, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator; Central Heating & A/C; Hot Tub;
Counter-current Swimming Pool; Home Theater w/ 56" HDTV & Surround Sound;
Library, and BBQ. Laundry facilities in the main residence (just ask).

Golf, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Sightseeing, Museums, Historical
Attractions. Sabino Canyon: 40 Minutes. Tombstone: 90 Minutes. Bisbee:
2 Hours. Phoenix Sky Harbor: 1 Hour, 45. Tucson Airport: 30 minutes.

Summers: $100/night - 3 night minimum.
Winter, Spring & Fall: $150/night - 5 night minimum. $125/night for
two weeks or more. Monthly: $3000.

Cleaning fee: $100 (you get it very clean & so do the folks after
you). Plus mid-stay cleaning fee of $50 for stays 2 weeks or longer.
Refundable Security Deposit: $750

Pet Fee (dog only): $100 (assuming well-trained, stays off the
furniture, does not disturb the neighbors, and gets along
with Buddy.)
