This lovely 4 bedroom 2 bath home sits waterside on a stretch of the
Hudson River between Corinth and Lake Luzerne. The property is
physically located a half mile north of the Corinth bridge on Terrace
Drive Extension in Lake Luzerne NY.
This part of the Hudson is very clean and the water is used for all
types of water sports.

Our specific property has one hundred feet of waterfront, a Tarzan
rope, two docks, one for swimming and one for your boat. We have a 2
person kayak, a canoe, and a single kayak for your enjoyment. The
home has two 10' x 30' porches off the front of the home. The porch
on the first floor is screened and has lounge furniture for you to
relax.
There is also a dining table on the porch that will seat 8 people, a
large refrigerator to keep your drinks, and a ceiling fan to keep you
comfortable. There is a fireplace in the yard 5 feet from the
water for your evening campfires.

The docks are in from June to September and are good for mooring your
boat or swimming from. A free NYS boat launch is just two miles north
of the home. Public docks at the Village of Corinth are a half mile
from your dock, making it easy to drive your boat to dinner, or for
an ice cream, or for groceries.
Saratoga, is only 15 minutes to the south. Saratoga is home to the
Saratoga Race Track, the Saratoga Racino and Harness Track, and the
Saratoga Performing Arts Center. There are several museums to enjoy
or you can visit the Saratoga Battlefield. Saratoga also has many
shops and plenty of fine dining.
Only 15 minutes to the east is the city of Glens Falls for all of
your shopping needs.
Fifteen minutes to the north is the Village of Lake George where you
can enjoy The Great Escape amusement park, and Waterslide World. You
can explore Lake George by tour boat or take a dinner cruise. There
are many great restaurants in andaround the Lake George area. Autumn
offers beautiful fall foliage throughout the Adirondacks. Wintertime
offers plenty of skiing, snowboarding at West Mountain or Gore
Mountain.

In Season Rates: 5-24-10 to 9-13-10 - $2,000.00 per week

Off Season Holiday week rates - $1800.00 per week.

Off Season Rates: 9-13-09 to 5-23-10 - $1500.00 per week

Our weeks this year will be running from Saturday to Saturday.
If you need days other than that, please ask, we try to be as
accomodating as possible. Realize as the calendar fills up, our
flexibility will get limited.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

A seasonal rate is available, if interested.
Weekend and monthly rates are available.
As an FYI, there is NO SMOKING allowed inside our home.
