Vacation Rental Amenities
Located on Charlotte Harbor with Gulf access, (no bridges).
Beautiful canal walk with one mile of boat dockage winds through the
property. Always plenty of activity down on the docks, and on site
boat ramp. Space for your boat is included (subject to
availability) at no additional charge for those staying a minimum of
three months, or you may wish to keep your smaller boat on a trailer
and use the ramp on site. Both fenced in storage and ramp are
included. In addition there are three swimming pools located on the
property, five tennis courts (clay and hard surface). Clubhouse with
restaurant, new fitness center meeting and “club/game” rooms,pool
table, barbecue facilities on large deck overlooking one of the
yacht basins. Club house available for small get togethers to large
reunions, weddings and receptions or business meetings (catering
available). Enjoy the gazebo at the waters edge of Charlotte Harbor
for some of the most fabulous sunsets to be found anywhere. Gated
community with 24 hr security. Many public golf courses are located
nearby and some of the best fishing can be had right from the docks
on site, you don’t even need a boat to enjoy the areas best fishing.
Emerald Point is a large, well established yacht club and resort
style community, consisting of 1-3 bedroom condos, Townhouses and
large villas.
Activities and Attractions
*On-Site*: enjoy the three pools (one heated)and Tennis on one of
the five courts including organized tennis matches. Weekly potluck
dinners in the clubhouse. Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch
daily and weekly dinners. Regular Bridge and maj jong games,
pocker night, and water arobics to enjoy. The fitness center with
complete universal gym, free weights, treadmills, aerobic machines,
showers, lockers available 24/7. The Boaters club welcomes renters
to attend monthly meetings and participate in organized fleet
activities and cruises. Emerald Pointe is a very friendly and
inviting community with endless opportunities for socializing.
*Off-Site*: Charlotte Harbor from the Boca Grande Inlet on the
Gulf, to the Peace River, offers up the best fishing to be found
anywhere in Florida. Punta Gorda hosts annual and bi-annual fishing
tournaments with some the biggest purses. Numerous public golf
courses all within short drive. If you are a member one of the
largest and most active ELKS chapters in the state is less than a
mile away on the Peace River. Take the free trolley ride around
historic Punta Gorda to visit Fisherman’s Village Shopping and
dining on the waterfront, or to Ponce Park Beach on Charlotte
Harbor. Take a boat excursion tour from Fisherman’s Village to one
of many destinations including Caya Costa State park or the Gulf of
Mexico. Gulf Beaches including Boca Grande, Don Pedro Island,
Gasparilla Island, Venice Beach and others are a short drive away.
Visit the Edison and Ford Estates, outlet stores, or Teco Arena in
Ft Myers to the south. Emerald Point is ideally located within
