Welcome to your personal Las Vegas “Getaway House” located minutes
from the Las Vegas strip in the southwest part of town. When you
walk in the front door you will immediately fall in love with this
home with its modern furnishings. You will enjoy 4300 sq. ft. of
luxury in this 2-story home. There are 5 bedrooms (2 Masters) and 3
1/2 baths. The living room is spacious and leads to a large private
dining room that has seating for eight. The family room has a large
leather sectional (sleeper bed) and plenty of room to enjoy the 52”
HD Television with cable and digital camera connections to enjoy
your pictures of your vacation in Las Vegas. There is also a 13 ft.
wet bar that extends from the family room into the living room,
which is the perfect place for entertaining any guests. The kitchen
is spacious and fully equipped to cook that perfect meal. The
adjoining kitchen area has snack bar seating and a kitchen table for
less formal meals. If you don’t feel like eating inside enjoy your
meal in the large private backyard under the gazebo. The backyard
is perfect for large BBQ parties, with a swimming pool to
enjoy the Las Vegas weather. We also have a new spa complete with a
stereo.
One master bedroom is located downstairs with its own bathroom.
The master bathroom upstairs is large with a 2 person Jacuzzi tub
and a shower for 2 with bench seating. For your enjoyment there is
also a flat screen tv on the wall.
There are 2 large balconies upstairs to enjoy the beautiful view of
the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains. Mandalay Bay is just
around the corner as well as the new Town Square Shopping Mall.
This home is perfect for a family vacation, family reunion or a
wedding. We also welcome corporate executives attending conventions
in Las Vegas.

$400 per night.
$125 Non refundable cleaning fee.
Payment: 50% due at time of booking to reserve dates, balance due
on arrival.
Deposit: $500.00 security deposit due upon arrival, and will be
refunded if there are no damages.
Optional daily cleaning service available.
Personal chef available on daily basis. He will also grocery shop
for you.
Caterer available with wedding packages.
Please note that we do not allow DJ's to set up outside (inside
only).
