Vacation Rental Description

Elegant and comfortable top floor (5th) Harbour Village condo 
overlooks private marina, river and has ocean views.  In addition to 
the relaxing views, this condo's furnishings and accessories 
compliment this resort escape setting.  Easily accessed ammenities 
include 142-slip marina, 2-pools & jacuzzi, tennis courts, 9-hole 
golf course, fitness room, onsite restaurant, billiards room, 
fishing pier, 2000-ft of boardwalks over conservation and world 
famous beach right across the street.
One large master bedroom suite, complete with it's own bathroom (tub 
and separate shower) and walk-in closet.  Open floor plan consists 
of a large living room, dining area, kitchen with bar and half bath. 
Living room features very comfortable pull out couch that sleeps 
two. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and cook all meals. Also 
includes washer and dryer.   Assigned parking space in parking 
garage with additional outdoor lot for guests.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Harbour Village is a recently developed upscale golf and yacht club 
which offers top of the line amenities including Private Beach 
Club!! 3 outdoor pools with heated jacuzzi, Har-Tru tennis courts, 
and a free, 9 hole golfcourse.
Included on the property is a large indoor fitness center 
with state of the art equipment, billiards room and restaurant bar 
and grill.  Just a quick walk across the street is the Atlantic 
Ocean and some of the best white sand beaches in Florida.  The 
resort includes a 107 acre conservation area with elevated walkways 
leading you to a private fishing pier on the Halifax River 
(intracoastal). 

Activities and Attractions

Boating, swimming, tennis, golf, excercise, biking, fishing, 
billiards and dining without ever leaving Harbour Village.  Just 
minutes away you can tour the historical, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, 
hang out at the Volusia County State Park, and experience many local 
waterfront seafood restaurants.  If your feeling lucky, the SunCruz 
Casino departs daily from the Inlet next door.  Enjoy fishing, 
shopping, restaurants, boating, sailing, surfing, or jet skiing just 
minutes away at world-famous Daytona Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

January, February, March:  $2100/month
April thru December:  $1700/month

Rentals are on a per month basis. Rates are negotiable for multi 
month rentals.

Rates do not include 12.5% tax for leases under six months.
