minutes drive from "Las Cascadas Aquatic Park" and "Punta Borinquen 
Golf Course" if you are a Golf fan, Enjoy it !!! Also you will find 
beautifull beaches,lumninescent Bay (Lajas),watch of whales, 
Mayaguez Zoo,Sunset and World Known Rincon and Isabela (nearby town)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates will be as follows:
From May 1st to November 15th  $850.00 per week
From november 16th to April 30th $1,000.00 per week.
Monthly rate  $1950.00 per month.
Periods of Christmas and Spring Break $1,200.00 per week and 
$2,100.00 per month. Rate per days $170.00 minimun 3 days.

Fully refundable Deposit of $100.00, if you leave the facility as 
you found it. ( not damage clean  and in order)
