Vacation Rental Amenities

4 bedrooms and two bathrooms over two stories with a basement. House  
contains full kitchen with amenities. HTere are two sitting areas/  
living rooms; each on different levels. Downstairs contains new  
carpeting and wallpaper along with decor. Each level is furnished  
with Direct TV, a VCR, and a DVD Player for you enjoyment purposes.

Activities and Attractions

We are within the community of Eastman, located off of Exit 13 of I- 
89. Which is just east of I-91 but still southwest of I-83 in the  
great state of New Hampshire. 
Mt. Sunapee is located just one exit from Eastman and offers downhill  
skiing, aerial sky rides, exquisite dining and even wedding  
precessions and banquets. 
Eastman has been named one of Best 99 Residential and Recreational  
Communities in America in a book  
by Giese, Thornton and Kinnaman.  With a long list of recreational  
activities such as: 
golf 
swimming 
canoeing and sailing 
fishing 
walking and jogging on trails of different grades and lengths 
tennis 
cross-country and alpine skiing. 
Of course, you could just sit and listen to the breeze shifting
