Vacation Rental Description

Ocean's Peek is a beautiful 2 story home located a short 3 block  
walk to the ocean (Rio Del Mar Beach). Located at the beach is a  
nice restaurant, deli, coffee house and minimart for your  
convenience. 
 
Our house has four bedrooms, 2 baths, inside laundry and is located  
on a quiet street in Aptos, CA.  Located 6 short miles south of the  
Santa Cruz junction of Hwys 1 & 17.   
 
Ocean's Peek sleeps 8-11 people comfortably and is fully furnished  
inside and out with families in mind.  The upstairs has a wraparound  
deck on 2 sides with 2 bistro tables and four chairs for your  
restful enjoyment.  The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking  
pleasure with a gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and  
beautiful Corian countertops.  There is a small refrigerator  
downstairs for extra storage or easy access for children's drinks  
and  
snacks.  
 
Sliding doors and windows have all been recently upgraded to dual  
pane vinyl.  The yard is fully fenced. 
 
No Pets allowed.
