kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you might need to
cook great meals. Comfortably seat 10 for all meals inside or
outside. Master bedroom is on main level with a king size bed and
Direct TV along with a full bath. 3 bedrooms and a full bath are
downstairs where the kids can enjoy Direct TV. NO SMOKING INSIDE
HOUSE!

$95.00 cleaning fee
$250.00 damage security deposit (refunded within 30 days of checkout

50% deposit due within 30 days of booking date with remaining
50% due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations must made 30 days or more prior to arrival to qualify
for a full deposit refund. After 30 days, deposit will be forfeited.
