and beautiful gas fireplace. Large backyard with covered extended patio with a built-in gas barbeque
and an easy listening water feature. Rent includes local phone service, weekly trash pick up, cable
and all utilities up to $150.00 per month. No smokers please. Close to numerous restaurants, grocery
stores and medical facilities. Security deposit, cleaning deposit and damage deposits are required.
