This fourth floor unit has beautiful sunrises as well as sunsets and it is just steps from the
beach.
It is quiet and secluded and yet within walking distance of all activities, shops, restaurants,
grocery stores and
mall.
A "Jolly Trolley" stops directly in front of the building and takes you all over the Clearwater
area.
The unit is fully equipped, all you need to bring is your bathing suit.
