Vacation Rental Description

Country Club, next to the 18-hole Mesquite Golf Course.  This south-
facing unit is a few steps away from the somewhat secluded pool and 
offers spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains. Spacious, 
private front and rear patios. The unit has 1 master bedroom with 
king size bed, cable T.V, own bathroom and a sliding door onto 
patio with garden like setting and magnificent views of the 
mountains. The patio, with its table and chairs, is an ideal place 
to enjoy a meal or just read a book. Guest bedroom has queen size 
bed with a small private patio.  This condo also has a living room 
with tv, vcr, stereo system, videos, dining area and a fully-stocked 
kitchen. Beautiful unit - you will not be disappointed.

Heater & A/C,  phones, 2 TVs with cable and VCR, stereo, full 
kitchen with all cookware and utensils, gas BBQ, microwave, 
dishwasher, washer & dryer, linens provided, iron, ironing board, 2 
bikes, 6 pools located on property, Pool is steps from unit, hot 
tub/jacuzzi, tennis courts, golf course, walking paths, covered 
parking.  This unit is turnkey furnished!  Please call or email with 
any special requests or questions.  Dog friendly unit with added 
deposit but unfortunately no smoking in the condo.

Conveniently located to nearby shopping & dining.  5 minutes from 
downtown Palm Springs.  Sightseeing, aerial tramway, horseback

Vegas-style casinos, local theater, Palm Springs Desert Museum and 
Annenberg Theater, McCallum Theater, Palm Springs Follies, Camelot 
Theaters for Fine Art and Foreign Films, Village Fest on Thursday 
evenings,street fairs, sun bathing, WW2 air museum, Idyllwild 
Mountain Resort nearby.  Other amenities: Joshua Tree National Park, 
Desert Hot Springs mineral pools, Morongo Preserve, Coachella
