Vacation Rental Description

A beautiful spacious first floor fully furnished condo located on 
Lake Tarpon. 
The master bedroom is spacious with two fullsize beds, a dresser, 
and cable Tv. Sit and relax in a enclosed front lanai directly off 
the bedroom.
The comfortable living room has a sofabed which sleeps two, two 
recliners, a rocking chair 
and cable TV/VCR/DVD. The sunny screened back lanai has a futon, 
table and chairs. A 
great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquil view of the 
pool, canal, and 
boatdocks. From there you can see the 20 foot pontoon that is 
available for your pleasure.

Beautiful Lake Tarpon is 8 miles long and 2 miles wide. A renound 
hot spot 
for freshwater fishing.
A short boat ride from the condo is Jack Willys restaurant and bar  
with plenty of dock 
space available.

Within walking distance there is a mutilplex cinema and convience 
store.
Many casual and fine dining resturants are just a short drive as 
well as Countryside Mall, 
and many other shopping plazas. If upsacle shopping is what you are 
looking for 
International Plaza (next to Tampa International Airport) is only 
20 -30 mins. away !

Vacation Rental Amenities

Jacuzzi/pool heated in winter-cooled in summer, air conditioning, cable TV, full working kitchen, 
microwave, stove,refrigerator, 
diswasher, cooking utensils are provided as well as linens.
Laundry on premises.
Assigned parking  directly outside front door and visitors parking 
in rear.

October-April.....$2200 Monthly   $700 Weekly
May-    September $1900 Monthly   $550Weekly
$125.00 cleaning fee may be taken if unit is not left as received
$300.00 security deposit to hold unit.  Full payment due 1 month 
prior to renting

All Utilities and taxes included.
Boat usage determined upon prior experience and/or check ride.
