This completely remodeled, three bedroom, one-and-a-half bath chalet
overlooks Lake Louise in Johannesburg, Michigan with 70 feet of its
own private lake frontage. Enjoy canoeing and fishing, or just
relaxing during the summer months.
We have the ability to accomodate up to ten people comfortably. And
with thousands of acres of State Land and easy access to snowmobile
trails nearby, this chalet makes a great hunting or snowmobiling
camp as well. So, be sure to make your reservations in advance, and

During the Summer.... there are numerous activites to enjoy
during your stay with us. The chalet is located on a private "all-sports"
lake with seventy feet of frontage. We provide canoes and a rowboat, as guests are not permitted to
bring their own watercraft.

During the Winter .... this is a great place to unwind and rest
your head after a long day of winter activities. Johannesburg is
located in the heart of the "snow belt", just east of Gaylord and
connected to hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails. Please feel
free to bring your snowmobile and enjoy the nearby trails. Snowmobile
rentals are also close by. (See the links at the bottom of the page
for rentals and trail maps.)
Skiing is also a favorite activity in this area of Michigan. We
are located less then ten minutes from the Treetops ski resort, and
less than 45 minutes from Boyne Mountain. Our rates are considerably
less than those of the skiing lodges, and the chalet is definitely
more comfortable and spacious to accomodate large families or groups

Unlimited firewood is available on site.  Compare to local hotels and resorts, and these prices are unbeatable.

**All Regular Seasonal Rates:
Weekly - Checkout at 10:00 a.m. (7 Night Stay)
$1000.00 plus tax.
Pet Fee
$25.00 Per Day plus tax.
*Check-in / Check-out times are flexible depending on availability.
**Please note that these prices do not include a mandatory $70.00
cleaning fee (Non-Refundable), and a $250.00 security deposit
(Refunded after checkout).

Pricing for the holiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New
Year's:
$1100.00 plus tax.

Daily, Mon-Thurs - Checkout at 10:00 a.m. (Minimum Two-night stay)
$150.00 each night, plus tax.
Weekend - Checkout at 10:00 a.m. (Two-Night Stay)
$300.00 plus tax.
Weekly - Checkout at 10:00 a.m. (7 Night Stay)
$1000 plus tax.
