overlooking the beach on 2nd and 3rd floors. Private beach side  
patio with bbq gas grill. There's even a workout area and ping pong  
table! This house makes for a great romantic getaway or family  
vacation. Sorry, absolutely no weddings or events are allowed at this  
exclusive property.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season:  $3,000 per week  9/6/08-12/19/08 & 9/12/09-12/18/09 
 
Mid Season:  $4,000 per week  4/12/08-9/5/08 & 1/3/09-1/30/09 & 4/18/09-9/11/09 
 
 
High Season: $5,000 per week  12/30/08-1/2/09 & 1/31/09-4/17/09

Please add departure cleaning fee of $225 and 12% tax to rates  
shown. Payment Policy: A deposit of $300 is required to confirm a  
reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments  
may be made by cash, check or credit card. A credit card is due  
prior to check-in as a security deposit. There will be no charge to  
the card provided there is no damage to the unit or outstanding  
expenses related to the rental.
