Welcome to Costa Rica- " the Switzerland of the Americas".  
Perched on the hill overlooking the Papagayo Gulf and the emerald  
blue waters of the Pacific, this newer built villa offers the most  
discriminating  guests an awesome and stunning view of the ocean and  
the sorrounding coves. Our villa is located in the world renowned 
Bahia Pez Vela- a small, secluded, peaceful serene and tranquil  
beach set against a picturesque garden and tropical lawn oasis  
overlooking the bay.The natural beauty of this place seems like time  
flows at a different rhythm.Sunrise and sunset are the showcase  
wonder of nature at its best.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is tastefully furnished and decorated  
with a tropical decor that is true of the Costa Rican atmosphere.We  
have all the modern conveniences of todays living . The spacious  
kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the laundry area with washer  
and dryer. All the 3 bedrooms offers an outstanding view of the  
ocean as well as in the living and dining area. Enjoy the early  
mornings and late evenings in the patio while sound of the waves  
serenade you and the chirping of the birds entertains your senses. 
 There are two pools in the complex-one on top of the hill and the  
other infinity pool is by the Picante restaurant-well known for  
their fine cuisine,and ambience. 
 Our newer built villa has the following amenities:

        a balcony with an ocean view that is out of this world

Restaurant - The " Picante" restaurant is by the pool and the beach 
              Serves North American and local delicacies at  
              moderate prices. Open for breakfast till  
              midnight.Great place to socialuze and meet  
              owners and other  guests. 
Pools -      There are 2 pools. The " Infinity" pool is  
              down by the beach and the restaurant 
Tropical Gardens- Well maintained gardens and the grounds 
 
Beach -      Walking distance from the villa to the private ebony 
              beach . Beautiful blue water and the sandy beach is 
              great for sun bathing, building sand castles, 
              playing ball, strolling ,swimming,snorkeling. 
Maid service-Daily maid service is available offered as an option 
              with nominal fee. 
Grocery-     Groceries can be ordered and delivered to the villa  
             prior to your arrival for a nominal fee. 
Massage-     This can be arranged .      
Internet-    The resort offers Internet access for a  
              nominal fee.

Vacation Rental Rates

January 5- April 30 - 1999.00 PER WEEK 
 May 1-Dec 15        - 1600.00 per week 
 Holidays-           - 3000.00 per week 
 (Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving,Holy Week,) 
 
 Minimum 3 nights. Pls add 16.39% tax 
 
 30% deposit. Balnace due 1 week before arrival
