The property is minutes away from excursion boats to Provincetown, whale watching, fishing trips, and dinner cruises. Golfing is minutes away at Pine Hills, White Cliffs, Atlantic, Waverly Oaks and many of the newest and most acclaimed courses in the country! Cape Cod and the Vineyward are easy day-trips and Boston is an easy ride by car or rail into Boston's South Station. Downtown Plymouth, the Mayflower and Plymouth Rock are just 15 mintues away. Biking trails are abundant -- including the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the Cape Cod Canal biking & walking trail. The Manomet Conservation Center, with nature trails and an interactive learning center, is just minutes away by foot.

Fresh, daily seafood and lobster is a simple walk to the Lobster Pound -- a village-style fish market located at the tip of Manomet Point.  Village shops and amenities are located just one mile from the property.
