Vacation Rental Description

perspective in this magnificent three bedroom, two bath condominium 
in Kahana Maui. With over 1850 square feet, this bright, breezy, and 
scenic unit has a huge living room, dining area, and kitchen with 
all major appliances and ample storage. 

There is a king size master suite right on the ocean with a two sink 
bath vanity, two large walk-in closets, spacious shower, and sunken 
tub with ocean view. The second bedroom is so large it has both king 
and queen size beds and an attached lanai with mountain, garden, and 
ocean views. The second bathroom has a separate sink vanity area and 
spacious shower area. 

The third room has two single beds and rainbow mountain and garden 
views. Central air conditioning and laundry within the unit adds 
even greater comfort and convenience. Housed at the Sands Of Kahana, 
all guests have access to the Kahana Beach, and an array of 
amenities in the complex including two ocean front pools, hot tub 
Jacuzzi, comprehensive pool side restaurant, full bar, exercise 
facility, volleyball, tennis courts, putting green and daily guest 
entertainment programs. 

Fully outfitted with towels, linens, toiletries, paper products, 
kitchen utensils and all appliances; every element of your visit has

Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec 1 - 15 ...... $299 a night 
Jan 06 - March 31 and Jun 15 through Labor Day..... $375 a night 
Dec 15 - Jan 05 ................ $395 a night 
Rates do not include the Hawaiian State Tourist Occupancy Tax of 12%
$160 maid cleaning fee waived if stay is longer than 6 nights
$60 room key fee waived if stay is longer than 6 nights.  Reduced 
daily rates can be offered for longer stays.  Rentals booked within 
30 days of the first rental date qualify for a rate of $279 a night. 
4 night minimum required on stays, however, 4 night min can be 
relaxed 30 days prior to first rental date or if previous rentals do 
not allow.  We offer a 10% discount for Military members!
