On child safe quiet private road with no traffic noise yet just steps away to everything. Designated parking for 2 vehicles one in front of the other. Calender is not in use but we can accomadate most dates with other units as well from 2-5 bedroom units all walk to the beach & attractions.

*Large Living Room - Kitchen combination area w/ New Full Sofa Sleeper, and tastefully furnished.  Local phone service,Tv-dvd player, cable, stereo player, 24" Floor Fan and Window a/c in all rooms, Leather padded arm chair & chairs for seating.

Dinning area has Large Hardwood Dinning Table w /6  chairs, Electric stove w/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, lobster pot, dishes, glasses, all utensils, pots, pans,etc. French Style doors to deck w/ Gas BBQ, Picnic Table, chairs & Out-Door Shower. Very comfortable and efficent  with the comforts of home that you'd need for a vacation week at the beach.

Bathroom- Full modern bath with shallow shower tub stall. Vanity sink & mirror, ironing board. 

***Second Floor
#1 Master Bedroom- Queen bed with pillows & spread, full drawed dresser & love chest type padded stool, window a/c, clock-radio,lamp & lamp tables, TvV-dvd-Cable, wall to wall carpeting.
#2 Bedroom- 2 sets bunk beds with pillows, larger full twin lower bunk, larger dresser & closet,window a/c, tv-dvd-Cable, phone, wall to wall carpeting to hall with ceiling fan.

Up-stairs has 1/2 Bathroom- Mirrored Sink & Toilet

***Deck- with Gas Grill, Picnic-Table, Out-Side shower stall for sand removal, deck chairs- Old Fashioned Beach Wagon for lugging gear to the beach, parking for 2 vehicles, nicely landscaped, Sealable Trash Container, out-side water faucet. Retractable Awning for Sun or Rain.

No Cleaning Fee or any other additional charges provided you leave the cottage in the condition and as clean as you found it or Cleaning Fee may be deducted from refundable deposit. All that is needed to clean is provided, vac, broom, soaps, etc. Bring your own linens if desired. We Do Not Supply Linens such as sheets, towels, blankets, pillow cases, etc. We can refer you to a Linen Rental service is requested. All bedding have pillow & mattress protectors & slip covers only. 

This quaint comfortable cottage is perfectly located only minutes walk to Short Sands Beach and all the Downtown Attractions such as The York Wild Kingdom, Funarama Video Game Arcade, Bowling, Amusement Park, Ellis Park Playground, Ellis Park Gazebo Concerts Nightly July & August, Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlors and Famous Golden Rod Taffys & Restaurant, Old Fashioned Homemade Candy Shoppes,Bingo Weekly, and all within a short walk from the cottage! A short drive to Perkins Cove, Kittery Trading Posts, Deep Sea Fishing and Sailing, Golf, many Historic Sites and Museums as well as moderate walk to Long Sands Beach, or short drive to York Harbor Beach and the York River for bridge fishing and boat rentals.
