Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Sun Lake Village.  Less then a 
minute off of the 95 on the lake side!  Don’t worry about getting 
lost on your vacation like most others do!!  This home is extremely 
easy to find.  Just minutes from all of the hot spots, Windsor Boat 
launch, the London Bridge, gourmet dining, night life, golf and 
downtown Havasu just to name a few. 

This house has it all!  

Living areas:

When you walk through the front door you will find an open floor 
plan with the secondary bedrooms and bath to your right.  The living 
room has ample seating for the whole family with a big screen TV, 
DVD, cable, surround sound with iPod link, fireplace and a ceiling 
fan for your enjoyment.  The living room flows into the dining room 
and kitchen.  

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom is fully furnished with a Cal. King bed, 27” TV 
with DVD, cable, surround sound with iPod link, ceiling fan, walk in 
closet and a walk in shower.  The second bedroom has a queen size 
bed, chest of drawers and a 20” TV/DVD, cable and a ceiling fan.  The
third bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top/full on bottom), a twin 
bed with dresser, TV, DVD, cable, and a ceiling fan.  There ia a 
queen size aero bed with linens just in case.  The house looks like a
model home with designer everything!!!!

Outside, this is where the fun is!!!

The patio is fully furnished with tables, chairs, chaise lounges, gas
BBQ, 27" TV, DVD, cable, stereo, speakers and mister system.  
Covered Patio with Cool Decking (your feet won't get hot).  Oh-yeah, 
you can’t forget the AWESOME pool with built in table with umbrella 
and Jacuzzi!  

The house sits on a huge 8700 sq ft corner lot.  There are two RV 
parking areas, one on each side of the house, both with RV hookups.  
Plenty of parking for multiple boats, RVs, cars, motorcycles, dune 
buggies!!!  And all at the same time!!!!!!  There is also a 
tournament regulation size Ping-Pong table and foosball! 

Smoking outside is permitted.  No smoking inside please.

Vacation Rental Rates

March - October rates: 

$225.00 per night Sun to Thurs (2 night minimum) 
$275.00 per night Fri and Sat (2 night minimum)
$400.00 per night for holiday weekends (3 night minimum)
$1500.00 per week ($175.00 savings)
$1800.00 per week with a holiday in it 
$3750.00 per month (1st day of the month until the last day of the 
month not including utilities) 

Winter and Snowbird rates:

$175.00 per night Sun to Thurs (2 night minimum)
$200.00 per night Fri and Sat (2 night minimum)
$225.00 per night holidays (3 night minimum)
$1000.00 per week ($275.00 savings)
$2250.00 per month two month min. (1st day of the month until the 
last day of the month, not including utilities)

All Rentals: 
- $1000.00 refundable security deposit is required on all rentals
- $1500.00 refundable security deposit on all Holiday Weekends
**$100.00 cleaning fee after any stay. 
***Must be 25 years or older to rent.
