Auburn is a fabulous historical spot right in the heart 
of “California Gold Rush” Days. It takes less then 10 mins to get 
to  "Old Town Auburn" There are some Great places to eat & I can 
give you a list if you'd like. 
It is 30 miles Northeast of Sacramento & Apx 106 miles from Reno. If 
it’s views you want, its views you’ll get from wild life & trees to 
mountains & water. Go at you own speed, go at your own pace…Auburn 
will keep up with you as long as its Vacation mode your on!

Activities and Attractions

At the House:  Real horses all 
around, trails.
 
Reno is only 106 miles for those who would like to gamble or take 
the kids to circus circus, stop in Tahoe along your trip.
The town of Auburn is fun too, that is only 10 minutes away.

In winter you can travel about 45 minutes to a ski lodge & in the 
summer there is plenty of water for many favorite water sports. 
Horse’s Horse’s & more Horse’s these amazing creatures are 
everywhere if riding does not interest you…………Auburn also has Golf 
Courses, Biking,  ATV rentals, River Rafting &  it even has a well 
known Tea House  (you will need to make reservations). Shops with 
many treasures & of course history is everywhere you look. There are 
some great places to eat out if you’re too tired to cook at home. 
Lounging around & just taking in the fresh air is also a favorite 
thing in Beautiful Auburn.

Vacation Rental Rates

2 Night minimum stay at $150 per night (Mon-Thur)
 Weekends (Fri-Sun) are $150 per night.

Holiday weeks are $25 more per night.

Week Rates for 2008:
June-July $750

Specials:
For one month $2200
For three or more months in a row $2000

For last minute rents call we just might make you a deal you can't 
refuse!
All Rentals: 
- $500.00 refundable security deposit on all stays less then 3 weeks
- $500.00 refundable security deposit on all Holiday Weekends
- $2000.00 refundable security deposit on stays over 3 weeks
Wedding and big events $2000.00 security deposit with a 1/3 to hold dates  3 plus months in advance
**$100.00 cleaning fee after any stay. Unless you are so spotless all that need cleaned are the 
sheets $40*****
No Pet Deposit we just ask no pets in the bedrooms please :)
Sofa Bed in Living room ok for dogs & there are dog blankets plus dog towels
