size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second 
bedroom, and an air mattress is at your fingertips for those 
unexpected guests. This is a non-smoking condo that has just been 
completely RENOVATED from ceiling to floor. A DVD/VCR player is 
attached to your WIDE SCREEN TV for relaxing nights or go out onto 
the spacious screened in deck accessed by French doors from the 
living room and master bedroom and listen to the sounds of nature. 
The condominium complex is 5 miles from historic Fernandina Beach 
where you will enjoy sight-seeing, wonderful shops, restaurants, 
ghost tours, horse drawn carriage rides, deep sea fishing and 
horseback riding at Kelly's Ranch! The entrance to Fort Clinch State 
Park is a short 2 mile bike ride and features a historic fort with 
re-enactments, fishing pier and six miles of off-road hiking/biking 
trails. Bird watching, shelling and shark tooth hunting or just 
hanging out the quiet beach are favorite activities at the park. 
Just off I-95, Fernandina Beach is only 35 minutes from downtown 
Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Airport. This is the northern most 
beach city in Florida--a real hidden treasure!

A security deposit of 200.00 is required to hold your reservation. We
must receive a personal check, credit card (via PayPal) or postal 
money order security deposit within 14 days of initial booking. Once 
it is received, your dates are officially reserved!
All Cancellations under 14 days from date of reservation will 
forfeit security deposit. 
Check out time is 10:00am
Upon your arrival, the 200.00 security deposit converts to a damage
deposit.  Your deposit will be mailed to you within (14) days of
