The secluded cottage located on Rennie Lake, 15 miles south of
Traverse City, is surrounded by trees and located on a peninsula.
Water recreation includes swimming, fishing, water skiing, canoeing,
and jet skiing. Other nearby recreation includes golf, tennis,
hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowboarding,
downhill and cross-country skiing, and hunting.
Follow the beautiful tree-lined roads to your own "private"
cottage/home for a week (or two). Wake up to the most incredible
sunrises and enjoy Rennie Lake's warm, clean water.

This beautiful four bedroom, two bath cottage/home is situated on
over an acre of property, with 212 feet of "private" sandy beach
frontage on Rennie Lake.
The cottage/home offers sleeping for up to 8 people comfortably. The
upper level is beautifully decorated with fully furnished living
room, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, coffee maker, all pots, pans, and dishes. Two bedrooms
(one with queen bed and one with double bed) and a full bath complete
the upstairs level.
The lower level has a family room, bar area with refrigerator, bath
with shower, two bedrooms with queen beds, a washer, dryer, ironing
board and iron. All linens, towels (except for outdoor use), soaps,
and paper products are included.
The cottage/home has heat, ceiling fans, window air conditioners,
upper level walkout deck, lower walkout patio, phone, two televisions,
VCR/DVD, videos (for all ages), and games. Dish Network available
May through October. A paddle boat, canoe and small fishing boat
are included, along with life jackets. We also offer a badminton area
and horseshoes, along with barbeque grill, picnic table, swing set, fire
pit and portable fire place for evening smores.
Pet fee $250 per week per dog. Limit of 2 dogs. No Smoking,Please.
The house is not handicapped accessible.

Rennie Lake is an all sports lake, offering great swimming, fishing
(large/small mouth bass, blue gill, perch, etc.), and
boating activities. Rennie Lake has no public access (a private boat
ramp is available on the property) and is clean and spring fed.
Rennie Lake covers 250 acres and has a water depth of 25 feet.
Motors are allowed.
The cottage is approximately 15 miles from downtown Traverse City
which offers great shopping, fine dining, Olde Town Playhouse,
Museums, The Cherry Festival, and many more attractions.
Within an hour of driving is Sleeping Bear Dunes, Interlochen Music
Camp and Crystal Mountain ski resort. Mackinac Island is only 100
miles away and a beautiful drive up north over the Mackinac Bridge.

50% deposit at booking, 50% balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning/Security deposit required, refundable if you leave the
cottage as you found it upon arrival. If you choose not to clean,
the cleaning fee is $100.
