Legends Golf and Country Club is a gated community located a short  
distance from I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport  
(RSW)  Close to Bonita Beach, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva  
Islands and Naples.   
 
This non-smoking unit, completed in 2005, is a 2 bedroom,2 bath 
condo on the third floor of a four floor building with elevator  
access, and covered carport with plenty of guest parking.  The  
community has a beautiful resort style pool, a 25,000 square foot  
club house which houses a restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining, and  
state of the art fitness center. The community also offers  
championship golf, driving range, six Har-Tru lighted tennis courts   
and many other amenities.  In addition there is a neighborhood pool  
with BBQ.  This fully furnished unit comes with golf membership. 
 
The unit contains a cozy eat-in breakfast nook off the completely  
furnished kitchen that is equipped with all new GE appliances  
including microwave and small appliances.  A large pass through  
counter opens to living/dining room combo.  Plush wall-to-wall  
carpeting in both bedrooms and custom tile complete the rest of

Living room is fully furnished with sofa, loveseat, entertainment

Sliding glass doors from living room opens to a large screened lanai  
which overlooks a lake and the 5th fairway.  The lanai provides you  
with a cozy, comfortable place to sit and watch the breathtaking  
panoramic vista of southwest Florida sunsets.  
 
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, a double  
dresser with large matching mirror, two night stands with decorative  
lamps, ceiling fan, and a  TV (all TV's are on cable).  It contains  
two walk-in closets.  There is a custom tile master bathroom  
with large glass and tile shower and two separate sinks. 
 
The nautical themed guest bedroom has a walk-in closet, two twin  
beds, a nightstand, dresser and chest.   
 
Guest bathroom features upgraded tile with tub and shower combo.  
Washer/dryer is also located at this end of the condo.  Fully  
stocked linen closet is also provided.

The Legends Golf & Country Club is a gated community that  
encompasses 650 acres, much of which are lush green fairways,  
beautiful blue lakes, and majestic cypress preserves on an 18 hole  
par 72 championship golf course.   
 
A large tropical resort style continuous flow waterfall and free- 
form heated pool is surrounded by lounge chairs.  There is also  
a spa in the pool area and an adjacent snack bar. 
 
A 25,000 square foot clubhouse offers a state-of-art fitness center  
with sauna, a mens and womens locker room, six soft-surfaced lighted  
tennis courts, a driving range, 2.5 mile walking trails, golf pro  
shop and tennis pro shop.  An award winning restaurant features fine  
dining as well as casual patio dining.  The clubhouse  
also has a lounge, grill room, computer/media room, and game rooms.
