Cancellation Policy:
45 to 90 days notice - 25% Cancellation fee.
10 days to 45 days notice - 50% Cancellation fee.
Less than 10 days - no refunds.
Add 10% State of Florida Sales/Rental Tax
$450 Damage deposit - refunded within 15 days of departure and
inspection.
