The Villa is a two-story residence consisting of 5 Bedrooms, 3-1/2
bathrooms, with formal Living, Dining, Family, Sunroom and gourmet
kitchen. Each room is extensively fauxed and decorated with antiques
to create both a refined and whimsical European ambience. The
original renovated farm house offers hardwood and tile floors
throughout, Venetian chandeliers, with two large brick fireplaces to
gather around with friends. Each room in this 4,500 square foot home
offers its own experience with wonderful garden views out of every
window.

Roam the formal grounds outside and you'll lose yourself amidst a
series of interlocking rose, cactus, and topiary gardens tied
together by stone pathways that meander the property. With century
old California and Australian Oaks and California Buckeye trees
you'll sense the serenity of this once orchard valley.

Wake up to the sun cresting over golden hills and prepare breakfast
in the gourmet kitchen. Settle into the adjacent Sun room to twilight

steel grill while watching your children play in the neighboring

With the Mount Diablo State Park less than a 3/4 mile away, countless
hiking, horseback, and mountain bike riding trails await both you and
your family. The mountain offers a strenuous workout if you want to
challenge a climb to it's 3250 foot summit. For the less motivated
there are streams to cool your feet and picnic tables to share an
outdoor meal. Local wildlife include coyotes, deer, foxes, mountain
lions, raccoons, skunks, and wild turkeys.
