Vacation Rental Description

This remodeled and updated condo is located on the Pentagon canal,  
just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River.  It is an easy and scenic  
thirty minute boat ride to the white sand beaches of Sanibel and  
Captiva islands, or cruise around the miles of canals of Cape Coral. 
  This unit is very unique for a condo because all four outside walls  
have windows for tons of views and Florida sunshine. 
  There are wonderful views of the 150 foot wide canal, from this  
second floor unit, which looks like a small harbor with beautiful  
boats of all sizes and types.  There is a stairway to the heated  
pool and canal as well as the back stairway to the carport.

Vacation Rental Amenities

* Completely furnished down to the pots and pans and new fiesta ware  
dishes. 
* Master bedroom suite with spacious closet and private bath with  
large ceramic tile shower. 
* Second bedroom has twin beds and is adjacent to the guest bath  
which has a tub and shower. 
* Ceramic tiled kitchen with new side by side refrigerator that has  
its own water filter and ice and water in the door (no need to buy  
bottled water).  Stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster  
and juicer included.  The kitchen has an eating area with window. 
* Formal living room and dining room have ceramic tile floors and  
both have windows overlooking the heated swimming pool. 
* The living room has triple sliding glass doors going out to the  
tiled, screened lanae. 
* The master bedroom also has sliding glass doors to the lanae. 
* Maytag washer and dryer. 
* The bedrooms are carpeted. 
* Two TVs, VCR, and DVD player. 
* Central air. 
* Carport and extra parking availble. 
* Carpeted bedrooms. 
* Towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs.

Activities and Attractions

There are only six units in this building so the heated inground  
pool is shared with only five other units.  There are rarely more  
than one or two residents there at any given time so it's very  
private. 
  You can fish from your own dock (fishing rods and tackle are  
included).  The owner has caught (or seen) snook, redfish, tarpon,  
snapper, jacks, saltwater sheepshead (very good eating) and many  
other species.  We also get an occasional dolphin and manatee around  
the dock. This canal is twelve feet deep and is a mixture of  
saltwater and fresh water and is subject to the tides. 
  We are just two blocks to Jaycee park, which is on the  
Caloosahatchee River and has trails, picnic and playground equipment. 
  Easy drive to the Fort Myers airport, twins or redsox baseball,  
Everblades hockey, beaches and many golf courses. 
  Rent a boat at a nearby marina and cruise up the Caloosahatchee River to downtown Fort Myers and  
water accessible restaurants.  Or go past downtown to the Orange River,  
where hundreds of Manatees spend the winter.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are for up to four people, two adults and two children under 18. Additional guests are $200.00  
per person, per month: 
 
May, June, July, August, September: $1600 per month. 
October, November, December: $2000 per month. 
January, February, March, April: $2490 per month. 
 
Security deposit of $500.00 required at booking time and $200.00  
cleaning fee will be deducted at departure. 
 
Half of the rental fee is due 90 days before rental period begins and is non-refundable.  
The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days before the rental period starts and is non-refundable.   
 
Utilities are included. 
 
Florida taxes are included. 
 
Minimum 30 day rental period.
