offer.  This is a "C" unit.  This complex is located on the highly 
desirable Thomas drive.

Balcony stretches from the master bedroom across the dining area and 
family room.  You have incredible views to the east and the west in 
this twelfth floor beauty!

Master Bedroom has king size bed, private bath and balcony access.  
Second bedroom has two queen size beds.  Family room has sleeper 
sofa for extra guests.

Kitchen fully stocked, washer and dryer in the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large gulf front pool, snack bar(in season), racquetball courts, 
tennis courts, sauna, and excercise room are a few of the amenities 
Watercrest has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring rates start at $895, spring break weeks $1295 plus tax and 
cleaning.

June, July, through August 14th $1295 a week plus tax and cleaning. 

Please add 10% tax and $65 cleaning fee to all rates.
