Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a peacefull, private, safe place surrounded by coconut trees, sea grapes and  
pines on a white sand beach, this is the place. 
Telchac is a small fishing village that has several shops for groceries, an open market,saveral  
seafood restaurants. The house is located about 3 km. from the village. 
 
Renting a car would make your stay much more enjoyable.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully and tastefully furnished. 
 
We have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the main house. One with a queen size bed and the master bedroom  
with a king size bed on the second floor overlooking the Gulf of México. 
 
The house has also 2 bungalows, one with 2 double beds and the other bungalow with a queen size bed.  
Both bungalows have their own bathrooms. 
 
There is a swiming pool facing the ocean surrounded by coconut trees where you could hang your  
hammock and enjoy the breeze and at nights watch the moon and the stars.

Activities and Attractions

Here in Telchac, you are 50 minutes away from Mérida the capital of the state of Yucatán, wich has  
an International Airport. 
Chichén Itzá (which is one of the 7 new wondres of the world) and Uxmal are less than 2 hours drive. 
Progreso 20 minutes away. 
The mayan ruins of Xcambó,only 10 minutes from the house. 
Dzibichalt´n ruins only 30 min. from the house. 
in Mérida you could find some regional restaurantes: Los Almendros, La Pigua (sea food), Hacienda  
Xcanatún, etc. 
 
Fishing trips could be arranged. You could go deep sea fishing to catch grouper, mojarra, rubias,  
etc. or snorkeling and spar gun fishing.

Holly and Easter week 1,750.00 per week. 
 
January, February, March, April, May and June   1,000.00 week   2,500.00 month. 
 
July and August   4,800.00 per month
