Vacation Rental Description

Location: Fort Bragg, North Coast, California, USA (2 miles north of 
Fort Bragg) 
 
Accommodations: House - 4 Bedrooms + Loft + Den - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 
12-15)  Outside  
shower also available. 
 
This is a unique, 100 year old, oceanview ranch on the California 
coast with a private path  
to the beach. For those of you who have stayed here before, we are 
back in 2006!! 
 
Immediately fronting the property is an oceanfront pedestrian road 
where you can walk or  
bike for miles. Beach cruiser bicycles are provided. There are llamas 
and horses on the  
property. You can view whales, an extraordinary variety of birds, 
deer, and other wildlife  
from the ocean view deck or from the spotting scope inside the house. 
 
This is a great place for a large family gathering but may not be 
suitable for people with  
extreme allergies due to the animals on the property. Wonderful for 
all ages!! This is a  
highly scenic property that you will never forget.

Jan-Dec .. $600/night (2 night minimum), $550/night (3 nights), 
$450/night (4-6 nights), $2850/week. 
$400 security deposit, $150 cleaning fee, 11% bed tax.
