Black Diamond Lodge at Schweitzer in Schweitzer Mountain

The Black Diamond Lodge is a rustic contemporary, chalet style, 4
unit condominium completed for the 2005/6 ski season. The cedar and
stone construction provides a warm feel and commanding views of the
ski slopes, village and surrounding mountains, with a short walk to
the village and ski lifts.

Unit D is an upper level, premium construction quality, 3 bedroom 3
1/2 bath 2 story unit with wood lined cathedral ceilings, 2 story
stone fireplace, maple and slate flooring, travertine marble baths,
stainless steel kitchen with maple cabinates, slate counter tops and
plenty of glass to enjoy the views. The unit is furnished
commensurate with the quality of construction in a comfortable
mountain style.

There is a 2 car heated garage and ski storage area at ground level.

Main level: 2 bedrooms each with private bath and access to covered
deck with hot tub. Kitchen with breakfast bar, dinning area and
living room with fire place, 1/2 bath, access to front balcony,
utility room and laundry room.

Upper level: 3rd bedroom, full bath, loft style tv/family room.
Large sectional couch for viewing and lounging folds out to sleep 2
for a total of eight.

The unit is ideal for a large family or 2 couples to share for the
season.

Heated covered deck with private hot tub and natural gas BBQ
overlooking ski slopes.

Gas fired 2 story stacked stone fireplace with cozy leather couches
in living room

Hydronic heat under wood, slate and stone flooring.

Fully equiped kitchen, table settings and seating for 8. Breakfast
bar, refer w/ ice maker, gas range/oven, dishwasher, disposal, 
plenty of storage.

Main level beds, 1 king and 1 queen, upper level beds, 2 twins and
fold out couch in loft. All with premium quality bedding.

Laundry room with washer dryer.

Large TV, DVD,VHS player in loft. Flat screen TV, AM/FM, CD player in
living room. Cable TV, DSL, local phone line.

Heated ski and boot storage.

Heated 2 car garage.

Walk to village and lifts 10 minutes.

Walk to ski trail access 2-3 minutes.

Sandpoint 10 miles down the access road from Schweitzer.

Downhill and cross country ski right out the door.
Hiking, mountain biking, horse back riding right out the door.

Shopping and dinning in Sandpoint and at the ski village.

*This year we are offering weekly or monthly rentals.  Take 10% off the monthly rate if booked by Oct. 30,2012. Any 30 day period beginning after Jan. 2, 2011. I believe that's quite a bargain!

*We prefer to rent for the season and will discount 10% of the seasonal rental price if booked by sept. 15,2012

* Seasonal rental for the 2011-2012 ski season. From Thanksgiving
through April 15 or close of the ski area, whichever is later. Approx 2
weeks are reserved for the owners  in early march 

Rent for the season is $14,500 and includes all utilities,local
phone service, cable TV, DSL service, snow removal, and hot tub
service/maintance.

* Monthly rates: December $5000, January $6500, Febuary $6500, March
$3500.

* Daily : Holiday/high season $600, regular season $450, Low season
$300
Guests are responseable for their own trash removal. Dumpsters are
provided a short distance away.

There will be an out cleaning fee charged @ $25.00 per hr and a security deposit of
$750 required. Cleaning fee will be deducted from the security
deposit when it is returned to you within one week of your departure.
