Vacation Rental Description

Come stay with us and enjoy a dream vacation in this beautiful direct 
oceanfront condo. Hear the sounds of the ocean from the 2nd floor 
balcony. Our unit is comfortably furnished, just like home. 
Why stay with us?? Because we treat you like you are family staying 
in our home. We provide all paper products in the kitchen and 
bathrooms. We provide toiletries like bar soap, hair shampoo and 
conditioner, skin cream, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste if you 
happen to forget yours. And in the kitchen your morning coffee is on 
us.  Coffee & filters are there for your enjoyment. The oceanfront 
balcony can be accessed from both living room and master bedroom 
suite. The master bedroom suite has a beautiful oceanfront view and 
includes a queen size bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with 
oversized garden bathtub, separate walk-in shower and two sinks.  
The second bedroom has a full size bed, the third bedroom has two 
twin beds. All bedrooms have bathrooms with walk-in showers, TVs, 
dressers and large closets.  There is also a full size washer and 
dryer in the unit. No smoking allowed inside this unit, smoking on 
the balcony only. No pets allowed.
Our tenants LOVE us. Our latest testimonial from the Hilliard's 
reads: "Jan, thanks for the use of your condo. On a scale of 1-10 we 
give it a 12!! We are already trying to figure out when we can come 
down again. Thanks for everything."

We have been renting vacation condos for over 30 years and this is the best we have ever used. Jan 
stocks the 
unit with all paper products, coffee and full use of the "owner's closet." We like the convenience 
of a 2nd floor 
unit like this one where we have the option of walking down instead of the elevator wait. First 
class unit and 
first class owner.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The luxury building features secured entrance, secured underground 
parking, a beautiful community room with a big screen TV, pool table 
and unsecured WiFI connection.  There is an excercise room 
overlooking the ocean. There are two outdoor heated swimming pools 
and two hot tubs overlooking the ocean.  Other features inside the 
unit include phone in the kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, and 
refrigerator with ice maker. All cooking utensils, china and linens 
are also in the unit.

Activities and Attractions

Most activities are close by for your enjoyment.  Daytona 
International Speedway is only six miles away. Ocean Center Arena is 
2 miles down the beach. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea 
World in Orlando can be reached by interstate within 90 minutes. 
Historic St. Augustine is 1 hour north on I-95. Kennedy Space Center 
is 1 hour south on I-95. Locally you can go boating, deep sea 
fishing, canoeing, golfing, minature golfing (across street), 
shopping, restrauants, museums, swimming, sailing, waterskiing, 
surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, and jetskiing.  The Daytona 
Boardwalk is 2 miles north on A1A.

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Monthly    $2,800 to $3,100  (seasonal)

Regular Two Weeks  $1,400 to $1,800.00(seasonal)
Special event periods may have additional charges.

All rentals are subject to a $125.00 cleaning fee and 12.5% Florida 
sales tax.

$300 Security deposit which will be refunded following unit 
inspection after checkout.

$400.00 non refundable deposit to hold your reservation. This amount 
will be deducted from your final charges.  

Check-in at 4pm.  Checkout at 9am.
