Laundry is free and located beside the apt.
The unit also includes,new A/C-heater,cable TV, DVD, TV
sets in the living room and master bedroom,queen size sofa bed,all
kitchen stuffs,wood floor,balcony furniture and all beach stuffs.
Unit is in the second floor,elevator is located beside our door

Due to it's location our property give you the access to almost all
marine sports,from fishing to dive or snorkel around the spanish
"Galeons",not far from shore,sinked more than three centuries ago
during a stormy night.You can rent a boat or jetski at the nearby
marinas or get a deep fishing excursion or tour manatee's nests
etc.or simply enjoy the tranquility at the beach.
