This beautiful ocean front unit is located in the privacy of North 
Hutchinson Island on Florida's Central Atlantic Coast.(Treasure Coast)

Recently renovated,this unit welcomes you to a huge master bedroom
with a king size bed, ample living room and fully equipped kitchen,all 
overlooking the ocean,1 1/2 bathrooms,a den w/futon-queen size bed
that can accomodate kids with privacy and a balcony with breathtaking
views of the ocean,sunrise and spectacular romantic moon.
Laundry is free and located beside the apt.
The unit also includes,new A/C-heater,cable TV, DVD,  TV
sets in the levingroom and master bedroom,queen size sofa bed,all
kitchen stuffs,wood floor,balcony furniture and all beach stuffs.
Unit is in the second floor,elevator is located beside our door

Due to it's location our property give you the access to almost all
marine sports,from fishing to dive or snorkel around the spanish
"Galeons",not far from shore,sinked more than three centuries ago
during a stormy night.You can rent a boat or jetski at the nearby
marinas or get a deep fishing excursion  or tour manatee's nests
 etc.or simply enjoy the tranquility at the beach.

Our property is available from September to April (Ask for other
Specific dates).

Our rate is: $2250 /mo.  $500 security deposit due when booking and $75
cleaning fee at the end of lease (deducted from security deposit)
