Deposits:
The deposit is separate to the rent and is $500 which will used to reserve your unit for the time specified and will be held until a standard inspection is performed.  If apartment is left in the same condition as when it was given to client, then the deposit will be returned in full to the specified address of the client.
If the apartment is taken off of the market the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Rates Include 1 parking (Valet) additional parking may be available
upon request at the Valet office for a charge.
