The Old New England Lake house is a huge part of american history! Built when George Washinton was president! It has been written up in 2 books and has been featured in a cooking show. Lake front House on 3 acres of land. 325 of beach front property. 3 bedrooms all with luxury linens! Hardwood floors. 2-King beds 1-queen bed . We have a "Safari Room" for kids! Toys, books, games, & videos. We have a high chair, stroller, 1-crib, playpen for children. Full kitchen with plates, pots, pans, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ect. High speed internet, cable tv. Lots of space to play! Horse shoe pit. The great FISHING!We provide a row boat for guests! Trout & bass fish and spring fed! We have a beautiful brook that also borders the property with a bridge over it. The lake is so peaceful & clean! No motor boats allowed. A public boat launch is next door.
