#1 beach! Driving onto the Cape you can view the gulf on one side and the bay on the other! The townhouse
is
a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath in the gated community of Seacliffs. It is located near the entrance of the spectacular
St.
Joseph State Park. The townhouse has three decks that overlook the large pool and playground. The sunset
is
remarkable from the top deck. There is also a large play area for pets and children. There are three levels in
the townhouse allowing each family to have their own space. From each deck there is a view of the beautiful
clear gulf and beautiful state protected white sand dunes. A boardwalk from the first floor leads you to the
pool
and beach. This allows the beach to be handicap accessible. You will have your own elevator in the
townhouse
that will help with the weight of luggage and groceries. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor with a
mini fridge if drinks are needed for the pool and beach. There is an outdoor shower and covered parking for up
to three vehicles. Each of the four bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a half bath by the kitchen.
The
townhouse is newly decorated with new bedding and decor through the home. It is well equipped with items
you would find in your own home to make you feel more welcome and comfortable.

Cape San Blas is quiet, relaxing and full of things to do. The beach is the top attraction being it was rated the

beach in 2002. The white sands and dunes that surround you when you're on the beach are breathtaking.
Seashells decorate the beach each morning and you may even see a sea turtle during turtle season. Cape San
Blas is known for the wildlife and nature you can see and enjoy. You may even see deer outside your deck
grazing. Coneheads is located within walking distance and has ice cream, fresh sandwiches, and burgers.
There are
kayak, boat, canoe and bike rentals. You can even rent horses to go horseback riding on the beach! A favorite
pasttime is to build a fire on the beach and make smores! Cape San Blas is also known for the excellent
fishing.
You can fish on the beach, bay, by kayak, by boat or rent a charter boat for deep sea fishing. The State Park
next door is excellent for hiking and biking. There are great shops in the nearby towns.

Panama City 40 minutes
You can visit great shops and restaurants from both these areas.
