The expansive, bright and airy great room contains a kitchen bar as well as a dining room table that
easily seats ten people. Comfortable chairs and couch, TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, stereo and iPod port/speakers provide all the conveniences of your own home.
The kitchen is equipped with toaster-oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker and garbage disposal.
The condo is centrally air-conditioned and each of the three bedrooms, as well as the great room,
have ceiling fans.
The spacious, private MBR suite is equipped with a king-size bed, bath and private porch. All of
the bedrooms contain TVs.
The condo has a washer and dryer and outside shower.
The wrap-around porch contains comfortable seating as well as a table that seats five persons.
There is an abundance of on-street parking as well as two parking spaces in the driveway.
Beach tags, beachchairs, bikes, boogie boards are included.

Seasonal or half-seasonal rentals include free use of a boat slip conveniently located directly across the street from the condo.

You can fish or crab from the public docks across the street from the condo. Additionally, rental boats, jet-
skis and kayaks are conveniently available as are restaurants and snack shops.
Ocean City boasts a number of beautiful beaches and Atlantic City's casinos and a variety of fine
restaurants are minutes away.  At no extra charge, we provide beach chairs, bikes and beach tags.

Initial Deposit - 50% at time of rental
Balance and Security Deposit - three weeks prior to check-in
