Nov 28-Feb 29 .. $200/night .. $1200/week (Winter *) 
Mar 01-May 23 .. $365/night .. $2200/week (Spring *). 
*Summer season rates apply for ALL Holiday Weeks and Fulton County  
Spring Break Week.  $300.00 Upcharge for 4th of July Week/ Memorial  
Day Week & Fulton County Spring Break Week.   
$500 Deposit and $150 Cleaning Fee required. 
Saturday to Saturday Rentals ONLY during Summer Season and HOLIDAY
