Vacation Rental Description

The Perch is located within the highly desirable Truman Annex 
Shipyard Condominium Complex.  This second floor unit with, 2 Queen 
bedrooms, and two full baths is on the end of the building, giving it 
extra windows and yet still has privacy.  It is the perfect place to 
vacation.  Decorated in Caribbean style, this unit is fully equipped 
with a great kitchen, washer dryer, and scenic deck. 
We have just replaced the floors in kitchen and both bathrooms.

Truman Annex is close to everything ~ Two blocks from famous Duval 
Street, the Green Parrot Bar, and the fun and shopping ~ Four blocks 
from Mallory Square and it's nightly Sunset Festival.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Shipyard has a shared, heated swimming pool and is a gated 
community.  
Included are AC, Washer/Dryer, TV/VCR,stereo, cable, dishwasher, 
micro, fully equipped kitchen, all linens, beach towels and one 
reserved parking space.

Activities and Attractions

Just a short walk and there are hundreds of restaurants to make your 
mouth water.  Many other activities for all ages are here.  
There is the Little Conch Train, Hemmingway's House, Truman's Little 
White House, Mel Fisher's Museum, the Aquarium, the Butterfly Museum, 
and the waterfront activities, to name but a few.  Just recently 
opened - the Pirate's Museum.  A real chiller! 
Fort Zacharay Taylor's Beach is a short walk away and Smather's 
Beach, voted one of the 10 best beaches in the US, is just a 5 minute 
drive away, where volley ball, parasailing and other water activities 
are available.
Fishing!  Key West is a little drinking town with a fishing problem!  
Bring your boat and rent a slip at one of our fabulous marinas, 
charter for the day with a captain & crew, or rent a flat's boat and 
head to the flats on your own.  Whatever you choose, the options are 
endless here.
Coming for the Power Boat Races?  You can't get any closer to the 
pits, so be sure to book early.
Para-sailing, jet skiing, sunset cruising, watching the preformers 
everynight at Mallory Square, dining at some of Florida's highest 
rated restaurants, and not to forget famous Duval Street where you 
can party 24-7!
