one floor with a 1 car garage and private lanai, which looks out to a green belt. The spacious unit
is beautifully furnished and located in Burnt Store Marina and Country Club located on Charlotte
Harbor. This is the largest private marina in southwest Florida with 525 wet slips and over 200 dry
slips. This gated community offers a 27-hole golf course, boating, waterfront dining, tennis,
athletic club, biking, walking paths, world-class fishing, luxury pool, and hot tub. Our community
is located just 30 minutes from Fort Meyers.

Two bedrooms each with a king-sized bed, sleeps four; two baths; fully furnished kitchen with

air conditioning; cable TV (3); DVD; stereo; CD; cassette; phone; lanai; garage; community
heated pool; jacuzzi; athletic club; 4 tennis courts; clubhouse; walking and biking paths.
Activities and Attractions
There is a 27-hole golf course on site with reasonable rates, world-class fishing at the largest
southwest coast marina, shopping close by, beaches within 30 minutes. Waterfront dining overlooking
the marina, gormet del, and mini mart on property, as well as a bank.
Vacation Rental Rates
January, February, March, and April are $2,400 per month
May, June, July, August, September, and October are $1,200 per month
November and December are $1,400 per month
Long-term rentals negotiable (6 months or longer).
A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
One month's rental fee is required upon reservation. Rental fee is to be paid by the second week of
the preceeding month. Golfing fees are not included.
