January, February, March, and April are $2,400 per month
May, June, July, August, September, and October are $1,200 per month
November and December are $1,400 per month

Long-term rentals negotiable (6 months or longer).

A $500 refundable security deposit is required.

One month's rental fee is required upon reservation. Rental fee is to be paid by the second week of
the preceeding month. Golfing fees are not included.
