Vacation Rental Description

Brand new, spacious 1600 square foot two story townhome/condo. Two 
bedrooms plus den, 2 1/2 bathrooms, family room, dining room, 
kitchen, patio.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second 
bedroom has two twin beds and the den has a full size pull out sofa. 
Sleeps six comfortably.  There is a large community pool equipped 
with restrooms and lounge chairs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with linens, pillows, towels, and beach/pool 
towels.  Washer and dryer, kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 
stove, microwave, refridgerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. 
Dining room has a large table roomy enough for 6. Family room has 
two sofas, chair, and entertainment center with a television 
equipped with cable and DVD player. Den upstairs has pull out sofa.  

Activities and Attractions

An 18 hole, Championship golf course that was designed by Arthur 
Hills.  Before you play, master your skills on the putting greens or 
at the aqua driving range.  Enjoy casual and fine dining in the 
state-of the art clubhouse after you stop in the pro shop. Enjoy the 
community's Central Park.  It's a 36-acre haven of natural and 
outdoor family fun, consisting of many sports fields,  You can take 
long walks along central park's magestic Beacon Lake.  Where you can 
canoe, kayak, fish or just relax on the water.  The path along the 
lake is 1.4 miles just long enough where you can jog off that 
wonderful dessert you had at the clubhouse.  

Located just minutes from I-75, 40 minutes from Tampa and 20 minutes 
from gulf beaches.
